What we do

The EUROPARC Nordic-Baltic Section promotes exchange of expertise, experiences and information between members in order to further the management of protected areas. We follow the key aims of the EUROPARC Federation and maintain active connections between our members and the Federation's Directorate and other sections.

Among our activities are two member meetings per year, one of which is the Members Assembly and normally takes place early spring. Two seminars are held every year. Each seminar is arranged jointly by the secretariat and one of our members.

We are also involved in several working groups, such as the Working Group on Health and Protected Areas. A newsletter is published six times annually.

Please go to the Seminar section for information about upcoming seminars and workshops.
